Rascally Liquor (or simply ‘Rascally’) is Clear Malt Spirit. It’s made inexactly the same way as Single Malt Scotch whisky, except that it isn’t matured in oak casks.

There’s no need!

Annandale Distillery’s unique twin spirit stills produce Malt Spirit that’s clear, clean and very smooth, even at 63.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). There are two expressions of Rascally: Fruity, toffee unpeated Rascally and smoky peated Rascally. They can both be enjoyed straight, as shots, or at the very heart of some rather extraordinary cocktails.
